You can create an unlimited number of mail accounts in all of our packages. You decide whether you want to limit the amount of space per. mail account. Your mail accounts share your total mail hosting package space.
Domain Questions
Yes, we have over 800+ domain types at fair prices, incl. Danish .dk domains. You can transfer your domains to us, and renew through us.
Yes, you can gather all your domains with us, either in one single package, or in several packages. We give you an easy overview of your total domains in our customer center and in the cPanel control panel.
To move a .dk domain, you must first ensure that the domain is created either as its own mail or web hotel, or as an add-on domain, or as an alias domain in the cPanel control panel. Then you can use ns-update.dk-hostmaster.dk to request name server change.
Other Questions
We primarily use dedicated servers hosted in Falkenstein, Germany for our web hosting, reseller hosting and dedicated servers.
We take backup at least 14 days back, which is performed daily every night. You can restore backups yourself via JetBackup in the cPanel control panel.
We do not have free trial products, but you can take advantage of the 14-day right of withdrawal for web hotels and reseller hosting if you are unexpectedly not satisfied with our products.
